The Oslo Review Conference was a formal diplomatic meeting of the 164 States Parties to the Anti-Personnel Mine Ban Convention. It took place on 25-29 November 2019 at the Clarion Hub Hotel in Oslo, Norway. The conference was presided over by H.E. Hans Brattskar, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of of Norway in Geneva who was designated President of the Fourth Review Conference at the 2018 Seventeenth Meeting of the States Parties.

The Oslo Review Conference enabled the international community to look back at the progress made since the Third Review Conference, held in 2014, and to regroup to address the realities of what remains to be done to achieve the aims of the Convention and to best meet the States Parties' 2025 mine-free ambition.

The Oslo Review Conference took place as the Convention commemorated 20 years since its entry into force.
